What are your return and exchange policies?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item. If you have any questions regarding your recent purchase, please fill in the contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Canceling an order

We accept cancellations only within an hour of purchase.

My package has not arrived yet, what do I do next?

Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands it is all up to the postal service to get your happy mail to you. There has been a pushback on delivery for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders should arrive within 3 -7 business days and international orders can take up to 3 weeks. If you have not received your order yet, please check your tracking. Usually, if there is an issue with delivery you will be able to see it on there. If your tracker is stuck, please contact your local post office for any updates. If your order says delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or front desk staff. If you still can't locate your package, please send us an email via the contact form and we will be happy to help!
